Finally got some decent sleep - slept late. Came up here to see you think I was ignoring you. Was thinking of how to respond to that and my UPS starting beeping. Both of my Swann security systems and one of my PC monitors are powered thru that. So shut everything down, and powered the UPS back up. Sometimes that works, but not this time - was till beeping. So shut it off. Got in the Cad to go to Microcenter, realized I didn't have enough gas to get there. So went to Sam's (opposite direction from MCenter) & filled up Cad and started for Westmont. Cad started beeping at me - "Service Brake Assist". Had done that a few days ago but quit beeping after awhile. Got to Mcenter (Cad beeping the whole way there), got new UPS, got back in Cad - no beeps - Brake Assist had apparently fixed itself again. Impossible to troubleshoot when it's not broke ??????. Took out old UPS, installed new one. LOTSA wires to untangle, unplug and plug back in. Started everything back up. Swann systems came up fine, but PC hung at black startup screen. Gave it the 3-finger salute (CtrlAltDel) and all was well. Takes about 10 min to restart with all the crap I have attached, then another couple mins to restart all of the software I usu have going. By that time, my tummy was screaming at me, so went and had breakfast.
